Stop Discrimination - Fight for Change

Do any of these statements apply to you?

1. The phrase "the best interest of the child" is the most overused, meaningless
phrase in our courts.

2. Our legislatures and courts only care that the custodial parent receives money and
nothing else is relevant to the child's happiness.

3. County prosecutors are only interested in child support violations, not visitation violations.

4. The courts do not enforce visitation orders.

5. You have been denied access to your child, grandchild, etc. as a result of divorce.

6. Non-custodial parents have more to contribute to their child's life than just money.

7. County CSEA offices have a different set of rules for custodial vs. non-custodial parents.

8. Your child, grandchild, ect. has been used as a weapon against you.
